For your protection, all orders must pass our comprehensive fraud check and verification of your billing address before being shipped.

If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive mailings from Tokico Performance Shocks regarding new products and services. SHIPPING
We ship via FedEx or UPS within the U.S. and Canada. Standard shipping is via FedEx or UPS ground. Overnight, 2 and 3 business day FedEx or UPS air services are also available. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Next Day, Saturday delivery is available in some areas - please contact us for more information. Please note that some products cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. or with any of the air services, such as products containing chemicals. Check our payment policy (below) for further information on international orders. A street address is required for shipping - shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box address. If a FedEx/UPS delivery is re-routed, per customer request or due to inaccurate customer supplied delivery information, an additional $10.00 service charge applies per package. Please have someone available to sign for the delivery. It is at the discretion of FedEx/UPS to leave a package unattended, even if requested by the recipient.
BACKORDERS
While most items are in stock for immediate shipment, occasionally an item will be backordered. In-stock items will ship immediately, and backordered items will ship when available. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel a backorder.
REFUSED ORDERS
All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus additional shipping costs. If the order was shipped according to our free-shipping offer (above), you will be responsible for any shipping charges that would have originally applied.
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Please check your order carefully against our packing list upon receipt and notify us of any missing items immediately. You must initiate claims for damaged merchandise directly with the delivering carrier. Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Tokico Performance Shocks is not obligated to initiate damage claims.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Only items new in the box never been used products that have not been installed are eligible for return. If an item has been installed you cannot return the product. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any shipments without an RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. The return shipping label must boldly display the RMA number and must be addressed to:

Pack your return so it will not be damaged in shipment. Returns must be shipped prepaid (no C.O.D.s) and must be insured. Make sure your return is shipped in a traceable manner, e.g. UPS, USPS Certified, or FedEx. Returns must be in original boxes in new, undamaged, unmodified and resalable condition. We will only exchange, refund, or issue store credit for returned items resalable as new. No credit will be issued for items not in new condition and such items will be returned at the customer's expense. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt. Special order items, warehouse closeouts, or any items that have been installed and used are NOT returnable.
IF WE MAKE AN ERROR
Subject to our return and exchange policy above, if you find an error with your order, replacements will be sent upon our receipt of the incorrect items. Shipping will be at our expense per the shipping method of the original order. If replacements are required before items can be returned, you will be charged for the replacement item, and a credit or refund (without penalty) will be issued upon receipt of the incorrect goods.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Tokico Performance Shocks is entitled to any collections fees and/or attorney's fees charged in the process of collecting payment. We do not ship website orders C.O.D. Please do not send cash.
PRICES
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Tokico Performance Shocks is not responsible for any typographical errors.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
1. Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear. TOKICO warrants to the original retail. Purchaser only that the Products shall be free from factory defects in material and workmanship to the extent that such. Products are used only on private passenger cars and light trucks under normal operating conditions. The warranty shall
be effective for as long as Purchaser owns the vehicle on which such Product was originally installed or until the Product is discontinued.
2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage. The warranty does not apply to Products installed on vehicles driven outside of the United States and Canada and does not apply to Products that have been improperly installed or installed on vehicles for which they were not designed, have been modified, altered or subject to misuse, negligence or accident, are operated commercially,
off-the-highway or for racing or installed on excessively lowered vehicles.

3. Remedies for Nonconformance with Warranty. If the Products do not conform with the foregoing warranties, TOKICO will replace the non-conforming Products. TOKICO has
no obligation to bear any costs of removal, shipping or installation of the Product and will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply.
4. Warranty Claim Procedures. To make a claim under this warranty, return the Product together with a photocopy of your invoice to the retailer where the Product was purchased, for verification
of warranty coverage. Any return must be accompanied by areturn goods authorization number and statement containing the claimant’s name, address, telephone number, date of
purchase of the Product, description of defect, and make and model on which the unit was used on. TOKICO will, upon verification that Product does not comply with this warranty,
send a new unit in exchange for the returned unit as soon as is practicable upon receipt of the defective Product.
5. Rights of Purchaser. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and there may be other rights which vary from state to state.
Rak series coilovers are sold “as is” without any warranty of
any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited
to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. Tokico shall not in any respect incur any
liability for any damages, including but not limited to, direct,
indirect, special or consequential arising out of, resulting from,
or in any way connected to the use of the rak series coilovers,
whether or not based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise;
and whether or not such loss was sustained from, or arose out of,
the use of, the product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages or implied warranties, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
